Multi-selection. You can now select several bills or transactions at once by checking the first one of the group, pressing Shift and selecting the last one you want to interact with. Perfect for when you need to assign multiple bills to a new counterparty en-masse.
Ordering of transactions statement. The csv file extracted from the Transactions tab is now ordered chronologically, not alphabetically, to align with the opening and closing cash positions of each month.
New transactional emails. We migrated our transactional email support platform to respond quicker to in-app triggers that require communication from our side — and also make our messages look better with the customization options powered by the new provider.
Assign single transactions to team members. Before, you could only apply the assignment of transactions to a team member if you had made a multi-selection. Now, you can make your app smarter by allowing it to also assign individually picked transactions to a team member.
Intuitive internal transfers. Transactions tagged as Internal are transferences between accounts of the same owner. They naturally do not require any tax document and are now immediately labelled as “No Bill” required.
The Support button is fully functional throughout all Friday Finance workspace. The chat will pop up as soon as you need it, and we usually don’t take longer than 10 minutes to be with you.
Swan developers guide. We put together a manual for our developers to configure the test background when establishing our Swan integration for Friday Pay.
When changing the default currency in your dashboard, the values of inflows and outflows as well as the total net cash flow are immediately converted, without the need to refresh the page.
When someone changed the nickname of active bank accounts, other users would receive a warning that permissions have changed. Now, changed nicknames will not trigger false alarms anymore.
The dates in the notifications of bills exports sometimes came marking a day before (users wanted a report from the 2nd to the 7th, but the pop-up said that the ready report was from the 1st to the 6th). The dates are now fully aligned with the expected interval.
The dropdown permission menu for Friday Pay is now fully updated with all possible roles which can access that function.
No more double confirmation emails after signing up.
Payments made with Friday Finance are now only visible to authorized members.
